2012-04-09 - Mobile Friendly Format |
What: | Our Mobile Friendly Format Link,
when clicked, produces a web form page
that comfortably fits in the small
screen of most mobile devices. | Why: |
This page format will consolidate
all fields on the page to a single
column, with top-to-bottom label alignment.
Several other programming enhancements make
the text & fields larger and easier to read,
while limiting left-to-right scrolling. | How: |

the `Create Mobile Link` button in the `Mobile Friendly Format Link` section. |

2011-12-16 - Reply Email |
What: | Reply Email is now automatically
set to your client`s email address if:
`Form Results Setting` is set to `Email`
and their is at least one field on the
form with an email edit. | Why: |
This feature allows you to respond directly
to your `form results emails` by using the
reply button. | How: |
No action necessary to invoke this feature. If the
`Form Results Setting` is set to `Email`,
and their is at least one field on the
form with an email edit, `Reply Email` will
automatically happen. |

2011-12-08 - Column Headings |
What: | Column Headings are now available
for self-totaling product lines. | Why: |
This feature allows you to describe each
element of your self-totaling product lines,
column by column. Examples include Product Description,
Unit Price, Quantity and Line Total. | How: |
Click the My Forms tab located on the menu bar. Then click
Form Editor under the same menu. Next, drag `Section Heading`
from the `Add Items Box` to immediately above any
self-totaling product line in the form area. When the blue
box appears, click `Convert to Column Headings`, then
fill in the appropriate boxes. |

2011-11-06 - Zero Quantity |
What: | A Zero Quantity starts the quantity
drop down menu or text field at 0 instead
of 1, for all self-totaling lines on the form. | Why: |
This feature eliminates much confusion with
selecting products & services, when the quantity is
already set to 1. Also, if Zero Quantity is
selected, it eliminates the need for a checkbox
on any self-totaling line. | How: |
Click the My Forms tab located on the menu bar. Then click
Miscellaneous Forms Settings under the same menu. Next, check
the `QTY=0` and save. |

2011-09-18 - Different Form Switch |
What: | A list of all of the forms in your portfolio is now
available at the top/center of most of our pages.
Clicking on one of the forms in the list will
immediately navigate to the clicked form,

2011-08-24 - Calcs align with Totals |
What: | Create a spreadsheet style calculation total that
is physically aligned with the totals from the
self-totaling lines on the page. | Why: |
This feature allows a seamless integration
of the two types of calculations we offer
(Self-Totaling Lines and Spreadsheet Style Calcs).
They already work together at the calculation level
and now also at the visual level. | How: |
From the Form Editor page, click on the
Edit Item
link of any text box field with a calculation option. Next, click the check box labeled
Align with Totals. |

2011-03-12 - Group Checkboxes |
What: | Group Check Boxes Horizontally
allows you to align check boxes next to
each other, similar to a radio button format. | Why: |
This feature gives you more control over the
format of your form. | How: |
From the Form Editor page, click on the
Edit Item
link of any check box field. Next, click the check box labeled
Group Horizontally.
If there is a check box immediately above it the two check boxes will
reside next to each other after this function is completed. This
also works when adding new checkboxes. |

2011-03-01 - Form Submission Limits |
What: | A Form Submission Limit shuts down
your form based on specific criteria
of your choosing. (e.g. `class full`,
`item sold out`, `this offer is
limited to the 1st 100 applicants`). | Why: |
This feature gives you more control over who and
how many clients fill out your form. Shut down the
form when the class is full; when your out-of-stock
of a particular item; or for any criteria you can
think of. | How: |

Miscellaneous Forms Settings under the same menu. Next, click
the `Form Submission Limit` link located in the first slot. |

2010-11-20 - Form Field Grid Lines |
What: | Form field grid lines add a certain degree of professionalism
along with better readability. In the case of certain types of
forms (like product order forms, loan applications & employment apps),
grid lines make your web form look a lot like it`s paper equivalent. | Why: |
This feature adds style and readability to any form. Also, self-totaling
lines can be arranged to look like the old classic paper order form &
invoices from day past. | How: |
From the Form Editor page, click on the
Edit Item
link of the field receiving the grid lines. Next, click on the
grid lines check box usually located right underneath the `Cancel` button. |

2010-10-31 - Field Level Fonts |
What: | Each individual item label on your form can now have
a different font family and font size. Instead of all sub-headings
limited to one font; all field labels limited to one font; and
all comments limited to one font, each individual item can
receive it`s own font. | Why: |
This allows for a more flexible format when creating `Form Creator`
forms. | How: |
From the Form Editor page, click on the
Edit Item
link of the field receiving the new font. Next, select the appropriate
font family and font size usually located right underneath the `Label`. |

2010-10-28 - Not Viewed Form Results Search |
What: | When looking for specific form result transactions, you can now
isolate all of the transactions that have never been viewed
(usually new transactions), by invoking the `Not Viewed Only` option.

This feature saves time in locating specific types of transactions. | How: |
Click the My Form Results tab located on the menu bar.
Next, click the Form Results Inbox
tab located on the same menu bar. Finally, check the `Not Viewed Only`
checkbox and click the `New Search` button This feature is
also available under `Advanced Search`. |

2010-10-27 - Inbox Unread Count Icons |
What: | Immediately after login, you can now tell
how many new/unviewed form result transactions have come
in. A mailbox icon with the unviewed inbox count is now
displayed for each form in your portfolio. When unviewed
form result are available, the mail box will also move
from side-to-side. | Why: |
This feature saves time and adds convenience to your form
data experience. | How: |
This feature is available on the All My Forms page,
Which is displayed immediately after login. |

2010-10-26 - Page Width |
What: | You now have the ability to adjust the width of your
form page. As the page width increases, the form
border get smaller and smaller until it disappears
completely. The form border can also be removed
by changing it`s color to the same color as the page
background. | Why: |
This option allows for more flexibility in designing
and creating beautiful/intelligent forms. | How: |
Click the My Forms tab located on the menu bar.
Next, click the Form Title/Page Style
tab located on the same menu bar. Finally, select the
appropriate page width within the `Form Border:` drop down box. |

2010-10-15 - Multi-Page Form & Conditional Branch |
What: | Create a multi-page form with the ability to
branch to any page based on the answer to a
question. Form results are displayed on a single
multi-page report or multiple single-page reports. | Why: |
This option allows our members to create beautiful/intelligent
multi-page forms. This in turn shortens the length of each
individual form, helping to keep the interest of the user.
The conditional branch option allows you to tailor form
pages to specific answers, showing less irrelevant material
to your users. | How: |

2010-10-03 - Menu Bar Enhancements |
What: | The navigation of our web site is now much easier.
A new menu bar enhancement, displays a sub-menu
upon positioning the mouse over a main menu item,
instead of having to click it. | Why: |
