2009-10-29 - Conditional Fields |
What: | The ability to make a field conditional is now a reality.
Conditional Fields are fields that display or disappear
based on the answer to another question. E.g. `Credit Card Number`
is a conditional field that will appear only if the answer
to question: `Pay by credit card?` is `Yes`. | Why: |
This enhancement adds a substantial amount of flexibility
and dynamics to any form created by our members. | How: |
From the Form Editor page, click on the
Edit Item
link of the field receiving the condition. Next, click the checkbox labeled
Conditional.
A new section will appear, prompting you to set up the appropriate
condition. |

2009-08-26 - Audit Trail Logs with Intrusion Alerts |
What: | We now keep up to one year of audit trail logs for anyone that has attempted to
log into your master or subordinate accounts. This information includes IP Address, log date/time and whether or
not the login was successful. At your request, our system will send you email or text message alerts any time a login occurs with
a non-pattern IP address. We can also notify you if more than 5 failed login attempts in a row have occurred.
The log information is available for your review, online, 24/7. | Why: |
This enhancement will help reduce the risk of hacking and/or fraud. | How: |
Audit logs are automatically created and available to all master account owners. From
the `All My Forms` page click the Main Menu
link. Then, on the `Main Menu` page click View Audit Trail logs
located under the `Account Maintenance` section towards the bottom right-hand side of the page.
To enable intrusion alerts for non-pattern IP addresses or 5 failed login attempts, click the
`User Accounts` tab of the menu bar. At the bottom of the next page check the

2009-07-31 - Our Entire Site Uses SSL Security |
What: | We have added SSL (128 bit encryption) to our development servers, making the entire site secure.
Now, from the time you login until you logoff, every keystroke is secure. | Why: |
This is extremely important when you are viewing or downloading form results, especially if sensitive data is involved.
SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is the method of encryption that protects your data from falling into the wrong hands
while it is being transferred over the Internet. Many individuals do not understand that when information is
sent over the Internet, that information is immediately available to anyone, including individuals with malicious
intent. SSL protects your data, by making it unreadable to everyone except the intended parties (you and the web site).
We also encrypt (with SSL) our entire site because of the weak link theory. If parts of our site were not
encrypted, it would give malicious individuals an opportunity to hijack your session. Security is only as
strong as the weakest link. | How: |
No action is necessary to receive these benefits. Just login and your session is immediately secure. |

2009-05-09 - Multiple Columns & Label Alignment |
What: | Multiple Columns & Label Alignment - You have the option of having your field label directly above the
field or to the left of it. When you choose the `above the field` option, you also have the option of having
multiple columns on your form. Simply drag an item to the right of an existing item and a new column will appear.
This option allows for more flexibility in designing and creating beautiful/intelligent forms. |
